We love meeting new guests and hope you find yourself at home within our community.
I grew up in Richardson and graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. After college, I spent over 35 years in business, most as a company owner. In 1994, God answered my prayers, and I met Lee Ann, my wife and soulmate. We have four children: Parker, Braxton, Brooke, and Katelyn. We are blessed with two daughters-in-law, Parker’s wife, Jaymie and Braxton’s wife, Anna. Lee Ann and I have been members at High Pointe for over 20 years and have served in several roles. I felt called to serve in ministry 30-plus years ago in an operations and finance capacity. In 2024, the Shepherds of High Pointe Church blessed me by asking me to join the staff as the Executive Pastor.
Brad is a Dallas native and has served in full-time ministry for over 20 years. He is committed to communicating the message of God’s Word with the seekers and believers who gather each week at High Pointe. Brad and his amazing wife Jill have two children, Maggie and Colby. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Divinity degree from Abilene Christian University. Brad also graduated with a Doctorate of Ministry degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. When Brad isn’t hanging out with the family, he loves to be outside and working on home improvement projects.
I was born in Massachusetts and lived in New England until college. I graduated Harding University with a degree in Electronic Media Production in 2009. Since then I have worked Tech Support and Onsite Support for Verizon. I have been at High Pointe since 2018 and working in the loft nearly the entire time. I was Hired as the Communications, Media Production, and IT Coordinator July 2021.
Brett and Vickie have been married for over 30 years, have two daughters and live in Allen. They have both served in many roles in the churches they have been members of including teaching, Children’s Worship, LTCA, youth retreats, and small group leaders to name a few. Brett has been a deacon and was previously a Shepherd for 8 years at High Pointe. The Bakers currently own and manage a business in Richardson. Vickie is also a CPA.
A favorite passage is Psalm 100:4-5: “Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.”
Garry and his wife Debbie have been attending High Pointe since 2016. They have two grown daughters, Jana Conner and Kristin Rue. Garry has served as a Deacon at Military Parkway Mabank and Beacon Hill all in Texas. He also served as a Deacon and then Shepherd at Parkway in Springfield IL. He enjoys fishing, hunting, golf, landscaping and playing with his grandchildren.
Danny and his wife, Jenifer, have been members of the High Pointe congregation since 2002. They have three grown daughters, Katie, Lauryn, and Grace. Danny has been involved at High Pointe i11 the children’s ministry, as a small group leader, as a teacher, on the ReEngage leadership team, and served as a deacon and group leader in the youth ministry. Professionally, Danny is a partner at the CPA firm Saville, Dodgen, and Company, PLLC. He enjoys travel, tennis, and spending time with family and friends.
One of Danny’s favorite Bible verses is Ecclesiastes 4:12.
“Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.”
